Meet Our Principal
Matthew Hittenmark
A founding teacher in 2006, Matthew Hittenmark has shaped LION Charter School’s culture through leadership roles in athletics, school operations, and college counseling. During his tenure, he expanded the school’s academic offerings by introducing the AP Capstone and Computer Science programs to the curriculum. Now serving as High School Principal since 2021, Mr. Hittenmark remains dedicated to guiding students from the classroom to long-term post-secondary success.
